oh wow. just read this. ugh. My Mother-In-Law is going through the same thing. She’s been there through several purchases so she’s not concerned, but it’s always hard to watch people worry through that.

Yeah, I do something very specialized now, and we do it better than most other institutions . . . so I’m not too woried. The people from the new company are also very nice!
