on election irregularities in the 2004 Presidential Race. While I neither support nor refute the claims contained in this document, it does provoke some interesting questions regarding how much you should trust the electoral system in the US. It really begs the question once again, why do we continue the outdated system that is referred to as the Electoral College . . . just because it’s always been done this way, does not mean that a change would be bad. Also highlighted is the seemingly implicit trust that some have given to electronic voting machines . . . these should not be trusted unless there is a paper record also printed at the time the vote is cast . . . there must be a paper trail!
